This method of body contouring is medically proven and considered to be a safe treatment when carried out by a trained and skilled medical / aesthetic professional. The treatment has FDA approval and is a procedure that has a low risk and side effect record.
This treatment is a comfortable treatment that requires no anaesthesia or numbing creams to be applied before the treatment. The after effects do not provide any discomfort, eliminating the need for a pain relieving medication to be taken.
Immediately after the cavitation procedure the skin may look a little red. Some patients can experience some bruising or slight sensitivity at the treatment site, which will usually subside within 24 hours. It is normal for some patients to also experience a lumpy texture to the skin while the treatment results are developing. This will become more even when the final results emerge.
This treatment is a non-surgical, non-invasive procedure that causes minimal disruption to the skin. Your mobility will not be affected and therefore, meaning downtime is not needed for most patients.
